We travelled to Liverpool to watch our dismal Leicester side play Liverpool just before new year, the hotel is in a fantastic location, we have stayed at the Birmingham Malmaison a number of times so knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed, the usual fantastic service, rooms were clean, only downside was the shower didn't drain quickly enough so the bathroom flooded too easily.

Aside fo that great stay, and will return when we come back to Liverpool!

Had our wedding at the malmaison Liverpool in November 2022 , and we made the best choice what a hotel! beautiful hotel with a wonderfully intimate luxury feel to it, our photos outside by dockside with the amazing views over the river , all the beautifull buildings lit up ,just the perfect location.. The staff were second to none, thety coulldn't do enough for us, the events planner and her team literally took so much stress off our shoulders throughout the whole process and became someone I looked forward to popping in for a cup of tea and chat about the plans. Also have to say how utterly delicious the food was, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough , an absolute gem of a hotel , can't wait to go back.

Great location and looks impressive from outside and lobby. Booked a club deluxe room and was very tired looking and smaller than I had anticipated / fridge but no mini bar. Staff were lovely and breakfast was worth the stay but I won’t be rushing back
