Basic big burger place, menu suggests the food is something special. Mine wasn't. Major Tom described as 30 day aged steak patty tasted like a not very good burger. Fries were fine. Service was underwhelming. We were a big group so it was fine for that but would not go again.

After taking my first visit I was so surprised the variety of Burgers on offer at such good prices, I totally recommend a visit. Great surroundings and very good service.

Never been to this chain before, but was very pleasantly surprised. Burgers sounded appetising and had a range of chip choices. We were not disappointed and actually the sizes were just right - not too big, not too small. Left feeling the right amount of full. There were also free refills on refreshing drink choices - the rhubarb and vanilla was delightful! We downloaded the app, so managed to get 4 free sides as well, so all in all, a really good trip.

We only really went to GBK because somebody told us to try the peanut butter milkshake. On entering there was nobody to greet us so I went to ask a waitress if we could sit anywhere only to be told she was laying cutlery at the moment so we should wait! Another girl then returned to see if we needed seating at which point the other waitress was suddenly interested in seating us. Having said that the food was nice albeit quite expensive for what is basically Mc D's on steroids. All this said the Peanut Butter milkshake is to die for.

It may be quite a functional, yet friendly designed eaterie, but the burgers are simply fantastic. Cooked exactly to order, the different types of burgers presented taste even better than they look. They have 3 different fries offers and great sides.
It's a chain restaurant group, of course, but the standard of service and food are exemplary.
The menu actually offers much more than just burgers. There are children's menus, food fare for vegans and milk shakes for all.
It's quite a contrast to other burger competition and, frankly, beats them hands down.
For a burger fest, GBK definitely worth a visit.
