I would give this guesthouse 0 stars if I could. Their customer service is terrible and their policies are spiteful. I booked a room for the end of February 2018 at the beginning of December 2017. I understood that the property had a free cancellation policy. However, 24 hours after my booking, I realized that I wouldn't be in London for those dates and tried to cancel my booking. It is then that I saw that only some of the rooms had free cancellation. I asked that the hotel make an exception and they have declined over and over again, charging me the full price of my stay. They have been rude and vindictive in their communication. I would not suggest anyone stay there. If they treat potential guests like this, how would they treat anyone requesting some flexibility during their stay.
