Loads to see, great street food to try. Stalls for clothes, bric a brac, retro clothes, memorabilia.

Remember if you are coming here with underground train, you walk out turn left you will see Camden Market.

That is not the actual one. From there walk another 6min up, you will reach the actual Camden Market!

Food there is amazing especially the beef! It’s super delicious!

Having not been for 20 years I was very shocked by how much the place has changed. There are proper shops rather than market stalls. Interesting to walk around.
There are a choice of street food stalls which to me were expensive but then I was in London!
The shops leading to the market from the station are interesting to look at. If you want to buy souvenirs this is the place as so much cheaper than in the city.

I had alwsys wanted to visit Camden Market. So during visit to the UK last year my son and I fought the crowded tubes to get there on a Saturday.

I first took a photo of a bike where a very rude "yabbo" demanded a quid for the photo. I had not seen the sign and was amused by the bike. He tried to chase us down but we disappeared into the crowd.

Not a good start. But then we did find a fabulous comic store and spent some time browsing. The side streets were filled with tented pop up stores selling cheap clothes from China and India run by those who couldn't speak English except for the currency required. Same for foid stalls.every now and then we would catch a glimpse of an iconic tattoo store or a glass fronted jewellery store selling handcrafted jewellery. The roadside food stalls looked quite unhygenic manned by foreigners again who couldn't speak English.

Would I visit again. Sadly no. It's no longer what it was years ago thanks mainly to the pavement punters and unlicensed buskers.
