Avoid like the plague. Booked for 2 nights. Paid £277 for two nights. I couldn't attend the first night. I arrived the second night to be told that they have a no show policy and that if you don't arrive on the first night you loose all nights that you booked. So I paid £277 for nothing and they don't give any refunds. I'm absolutely disgusted. How is something like this even legal??? No need to say that neither I nor anyone working in the company will be booking with them again!!

It's good that they are starting to refurbish the rooms but for business people it's totally unsuitable. Very very small desk to try and work on - not much larger than my laptop - and abysmal internet access

Room Tip: avoid rooms on the front of the hotel

Room was very old, elevator didn't work the first day we arrived. Shower was blocked and had to switch the water off every 30 secs. Not a huge problem but could be improved. Bathroom was clean in general, except it was very small. Room was small too and facilities such as power sockets were quite old. Location was great tho, since it's literately right next to Euston Square Station and only 5 min walk away from Euston Station.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. When I arrive they provided me with a refurbished room wich was really nice and modern. However because it was really small, it had a mini-mini desk wich was impossible to work on. As I need to work in the evening and need to use a laptop I asked the possibility to change to a different room. The staff was really nice and change my room, to an older room (with my contentment). The old rooms are not bad at all. the style is old fashion, but still a really nice room.
However I found some negative aspects in both rooms: there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom! Never saw this in a hotel room! Because the hotel is located in front of a busy street, you could hear the traffic and in the evening it was not so calm and pleasant. Because there were constructions going on in the hotel to refurbish the rooms, we had breakfast in a temporary room, which was quite small, with no windows and breakfast was just serve in a temporary table... there was no variety of bread. there was only cooked eggs, juices, coffee, milk and fruit and yogurt. Breakfast for me was quite disappointing.
Also a negative aspect: only two exactly the same pillows were available, nothing more in the closet. so, no possibility to choose from. the curtains do not block the light, so really early the light invades the room and it is difficult to sleep.
Positive aspects: the location! the hotel is really nicely located and near the tube. the staff was nice. the room was clean.

Very nice stay, clean room, loved the complimentary water. Great staff, attentive and followed up on problems. Breakfast was good too. Walking distance to bus station, ATM, subway station. Great cafe at the lobby.
