stayed here on my own with 2 young children, staff were extremely helpful (not the easiest to navigate with a buggy!) but they helped constantly. room was very large, clean and very comfortable!!
only problem was the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night!! went off 3 times! with young children i wasn't very happy and no one even apologised in the morning when i checked out, no offer of compensation either! i did mean to e-mail to point this out but time passed and i forgot!
if they have sorted their alarms out then i would stay here again tomorrow!

Room Tip: get a suite! large, comfy and great for families

Still a firm favourite when staying in London. Definitely worth the wait for the works to finish as the newly refurbished rooms look great as do all the guest areas. Looking forward to my next stay in the summer to try out the new Cigar terrace when the sun is shining! Service continues to be great as expected.

I stayed with my girlfriend in February, waking up on Valentines Day at the Hotel it really was very special.

We arrived at about 7pm, checking in was quiet and fuss free. Our bags were taken up to our room and we were briefly shown our Suite - which was newly fitted and very impressive.

There were a number of additional touches in the room which just made us feel special and that we were valued guests of the hotel.

The staff suggested a good restaurant for dinner and the booking was taken care of.

We ordered Breakfast in the room the next day using the hanger on the door, initially we struggled with this, which maybe the fault of too many drinks at dinner rather than the hotels! Everything we ordered arrived and was tasty.

We checked out a few minutes late on sunday morning, but having given reception notice of this, they were more than happy to accommodate us. A thoroughly enjoyable experiece

This townhouse hotel in Chelsea is a longtime favorite that has become increasingly luxurious and expensive. Unfortunately, in recent years its formerly cozy and clublile traditional decor has been ruined by pretentious and garish renovations. The attentive service, however, remains unchanged, and the location, on a quiet back street close to Sloane Square, is hard to beat.

My job and position affords me the luxury of staying in excellent accommodations across many parts of the world. I would put this hotel among some of the best - phenomenal service, intimate, and a fantastic location. This is likely my 30th trip to London and by far this is my favorite hotel.

If you are looking for the big, ornate hotel - go to the Mandarin (this hotel is anything but that).

If you are looking for incredible service, an intimate experience, or a business trip where you don't feel like you are in a hotel - No 11 is perfect.
