I stayed here for just the one night as I needed somewhere last minute, the price was pretty good for last minute so booked it over the phone. I was in a single room although had a double bed, the room was pretty small but very well equipped! Came complete with kettle, tea & coffee making facilities, even got biscuits! Really comfy bed, although i will say the bedroom was a little cold as I think the heating is controlled by the main desk? I could have called them but as it was the one night I didn't bother, opposite to that the bathroom was boiling!! The room itself was spotless, especially the bathroom, something i always check and really cant fault it.
I would definetely book again if i could get a decent price, ideal for Olympia. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment on that, also didn't have much contact with the desk staff but they seemed nice enough.

Had to wait 20 mins to check in as no one on reception.
Then it took another 20 mins to get through check in process - very unsatisfactory - have never had to wait that long to get into a hotel room. We had to show photo id (we are UK residents! - new one on me, never had to in UK before).
Staff ok, not overly helpful or friendly, just ok.
G01 was noisy (noises from reception) and my colleague got no sleep the first night, his room was changed the second night but no compensation was offered.
My room was a Small double, floor space so tight should have been a single - 2 people would find it very difficult to share, one would need to stay on the bed whilst the other got dressed. OK for one person.
Breakfast was disappointing - cheap food, particularly the bread.
Over heated - my air con was set at 27 degrees and the radiator on full when I arrived. What a waste.
Room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is off the main roads so a good quiet street but conveniently located.
We booked 6 rooms over 2 nights - hotel wouldn't negotiate on price and didn't seem overly keen for our business - another reason we will not be returning.

Room Tip: If there are two of you - don't opt for a small double.

We only booked for one night as needed to be in the area. Room was ok, not big but didn't matter as we did not stay for too long. When we went back to our room to sleep we realised there is no heating and we had no way of watching TV as probably the aerial was not working. We did call the receptionist who was very happy to come up and have a look. She plugged the electric heater and tried to understand the issue with the TV. The heater was cold until the next morning that we checked out and she couldn't fix the TV. The breakfast was ok. Probably won't stay there again.

Spotlessly Clean small hotel. Plentiful continental breakfast. Well equipped room, however our room and bathroom were compact .Ideally located for business or tourist, we found street parking for our weekend stay.
