This hotel is everything you could ask for. the rooms were a good size, incredibly clean, the security was fantastic, the staff were superb and the location was great! the meal deal was a fantastic idea, we ate a wonderful 3 course meal and the buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh. even if you didnt take the high speed train line it was only 20mins by tube into the centre of London

Our stay started with breakfast as we arrived early & this was a great start as breakfast is 'All you can eat' which was lovely & Deborah was really welcoming. Sue the receptionist was really friendly too. The hotel will hold bags in a holding room so not to be carrying them around. Our room was lovely, clean & bed/pillows very comfortable. Staff are lovely & friendly. The hotel is right next to Westfield shopping centre & train/tube station is less than 5mins away. The only problem is trying to find it but one goes through Westfield shopping centre which is up the steps from street & after that security are helpful in giving directions. Will definately be back to stay there again & would highly recommend it.

really good hotel situated over the westfield shopping centre (great shops) the hotel is really nice with clean comfortable rooms and a really nice restaurant excellant views from our room of the olympic park and also when it goes dark the london skyline, stratford international station is right outside the hotel door where you can catch the DLR and head straight into london the only downside to this hotel is the car park is so expensive because you have to use the shopping centre car park which is such a shame because its a great hotel otherwise i give it 10/10

Room Tip: ask for olympic park views

This was my first stay at a Premier Inn, and it definitely won't be my last. We stayed for 3 nights in a very clean & comfortable room on the 5th floor. We usually stay at a Holiday Inn, but found Premier Inn to be cheaper this time & I wouldn't hesitate in choosing this location again. It's just above the Westfield Shopping Centre which is great for shopping & amazing for places to eat if you don't want to use the Restaurant in the hotel (we chose not to because there weren't too many vegetarian options)

However we did eat breakfast there on the first morning. At £7.99 each, I thought the breakfast was quite pricey, but it was worth the money as it was all fresh, hot & plentiful (all you can eat!) I appreciated the veggie sausage option for the cooked breakfasts too, as this isn't something you see very often in chain hotels. I also liked that you could order pizza & drinks from the restaurant to eat in your room!

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Oh, and the free 30 minutes Wifi (each day) was very welcome!

I have yet to be disappointed by a Premier Inn, but the Premier Inn at the Westfield centre Stratford has been the best yet. Spotlessly clean rooms. Half an hour free wifi per day, enough for emails, or £3 for 24 hours is excellent value. Rooms are light and comfortable, in perfect condition, and th aircon works excellently.
The hotel is superbly located, a couple of yards from both the DLR (direct to City Airport) & the shopping centre, which incidently has the bet food court I've seen anywhere in the world for choice.
But perhaps the most surprising thing about this "midrange" hotel, particularly as it was so busy with the Olympics run-up and the "self service" check-in system like those at airports, was the staff. All of them, cleaners, waitresses, receptionists superb: friendly, efficient, welcoming, and helpful, and better than staff in many 5 star hotels, particularly Jewel & Sue on reception. I fully recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Higher rooms ha views of the Olympic park or the Westfield centre
