I can honestly say that after eating in Manchester and Liverpool chinatown restaurants and various other chinese restaurants this, by a great margin, is quite comfortably the worst i have ever eaten in.. We ate on friday 22nd july 2011. . I think it was about £9 a head which on reflection is about £8.95 overpriced. Pick a table, any canteen table with the bonus of ripped seats and thats before the food nightmare begins. . Most chinese buffets will have 2 or 3 soups to start, just the sweetcorn and eggdrop soup here, but at least the broken lid falls off when you lift it. The starters... chicken wings were ok, ribs were all less than an inch long, the prawns had been in the heated trays too long and were bad but at least i was initiated into a new version of prawn or chicken sesame toast... The toast,....just the toast, carefully quartered like the said mentioned but with no topping, not even the sesame seeds... Duck and pancakes was just about passable but i can't say i enjoyed them and the very limited choice of mains, stodgy sweey and sour pork and meat which looked a couple of days old and dried out,,, yuk. . . I'd like to say you get what you pay for but i know at least 3 buffet restaurants in Liverpool where you get about 6 or 7 times more choice of good food for similar . . . Avoid!
