Really nice apartments. I stayed just 1 night but will for sure return. The room is spacious with a kitchen, tv, couch and gigantic bed. It was clean and the host was lovely also. The location is 5 minutes form Aldgate and was just 1 minute form where I was working so super convenient. Would recommend to a friend!!

Room Tip: Room #7 is super spacious

Trying to find relatively inexpensive accommodation in London close to the tube network is normally a very hard task to do. However look no further than these apartments, That's what you were receive here. Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms, basic catering for Facilities so that you can have a home cooked meal as opposed to a restaurant meal. It's understandable why you need to be quick of the mark booking the rooms here, as once you've been here once you will definitely want to come back again. You can use many of the travel search engines to book this location however the staff have recommended booking direct.

Last week I stayed at the Park Lane City Apartments just on the edge of the City of London. Perfect location for me and the cost for a studio flat with separate bathroom, kitchen and sitting/bedroom compared favourable to a room at a local Premier Inn Hotel.
The staff are uber friendly and extremely helpful and the building is secure with 24-hour reception.
When I arrived, I found out that the apartment was in the basement which worried me slightly. As I got out of the lift I arrived in a service area where amongst other things, linen and housekeeping material is stored. This was not a good start!
However, when I entered the apartment is was clean and comfortable with a separate kitchen that was clean and tidy and included all you would need for a night’s stay and even included a tablet for the washing machine, milk, tea and coffee.
The sitting/bedroom was nicely furnished with a sofa, armchair, TV and a very comfortable double bed. It was very spacious and cosy.
The bathroom was fully tiled and had a great bath and shower with lovely big towels, shampoo and shower gel.
What more could you ask for…………. a window!!!!!!
There were no windows in the apartment just a two-story light well at one end of the room. I was very unhappy that this hadn’t been explained to me when I booked and asked to be moved but there were no vacant apartments…. they were full. The duty receptionist was very helpful and did all that she could to help, but there was no other option but to spend the night in the basement apartment number 1C.
Had the apartment had a window it would have been perfect…. but without a window it was certainly not worth what I paid for a night’s accommodation. I wasn’t able to see any other apartments but I understand the others all have windows apart from one other that has the bedroom in the basement without a window.
Would I go back to Park Lane……? possibly, but only after researching other serviced apartments in the area. If you are considering staying here, speak to the day receptionist when booking and ask for a room with a window.

Room Tip: Don't stay in room 1C. It has no window. Ask for a room with a window when booking. Very friendly staff!

Great place to be in close walking distance to all the main CBD area of London.
The apartments are spacious and well appointed with all the misconstrued you'll need for your stay.
The 2 roomed one had a great kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The 2 bedroom was internal so had no windows but there were two bathrooms which was very handy.
It was a little noisy as there was no double glazing but it wasn't a main road so not too bad.
The bed was comfy and water hot.
The flooring was past it's best but for location and price you can't go wrong.
