An honest review. You don't check in to The Sapphire you check into an associated hotel a few doors down. The room I had wasn't in the Sapphire it was the building next door. The room has been renovated but it's a rough job. The road and pedestrian noise is terrible. The shower had a continuous drip. The TV had no remote. When I decided to leave I negotiated with management a nights accommodation of £128 and £99 cancellation fee (£227 total) - only to hear a couple haggle a room for the night for £65, which annoyed me a bit. The only positive thing I can say is that management was reasonable about me cancelling my booking. Would I stay here again...no.

Nice area within easy walk of the tube station. The Central Line takes you into the centre of the city within 15 minutes. The Hotel room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Only inconvenience was breakfast in the hotel 7 doors down.

I have stayed here a few times and even though on a very busy road by night and day it never affected my sleep pattern, Each room comes en suite, coffee/tea making facilities and a medium size refrigerator, Included in the room price is a substantial continental breakfast based on fried, scrambled or boiled eggs with a cereal if required. Congratulations and thank you to all the ladies in the kitchen who sometimes have to put up with difficult customers seeking bacon for providing a quality good morning. If you want clean, warm, secure, location, cheerful and cheap then Sapphire Hotel is for you.

Room Tip: Any room back of house, which is east side.

A friend and I booked a twin room in the Sapphire Hotel but stayed at the sister hotel five doors down the road. This really wasn't a problem. Room was a reasonable size, beds were comfortable and clean. Nice hot shower. Eggs freshly cooked to order. Toast, croissants and yogurts also available. Decent WiFi connection. Hotel is easily within walking distance of the tube. Staff friendly and efficient. The room at £99 including breakfast was definitely a good deal! We would visit again.

Great location if you are going to London Olympia, as it’s only A 15 minute walk.
Plenty of places to eat close by and a 8 minute walk from Sheppard’s Bush Station and Westfield Shopping District.

The room we had was pretty tired and we were put in the room right next door to where breakfast was held, so from about 6am you were woken up with crashes and bangs and people walking past your room for breakfast, which wasn’t ideal. The lock on our door didn’t work and the walls are very thin so you hear everyone walking past and slamming doors.

Breakfast you have a choice of eggs, toast, beans, croissants, cheese, yogurt and cereal’s. be sure to get there early as seating is a little snug and you might get put on a table with total strangers due to space.

Overall, it was ok and what you would expect from a London town house hotel.
