Hotel was easy to find - short walk from Southwark tube station (Jubilee line); easily accessible coming from Gatwick, via Victoria. Reception is quite informal, but staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a family room, on the second floor: queen bed and two single sofa beds. It was a bit tight for space, but otherwise perfectly fine. It would have been very good, as a double room. Facilities were top class - everything clean and contemporary. Breakfast is well worth it - don't go room only, as you won't beat it for value anywhere. Chamo was more than helpful - made sure we had everything we needed - organised free umbrellas before we headed out walking (and they can be dropped off at any other hotel in the chain, which is very smart). Free access to a PC and printer in the lobby was a bonus - ideal for printing any tickets/vouchers/boarding passes. Kids enjoyed the pool, which is a great facility in a London hotel. Overall, very impressed with the hotel and staff - and would definitely stay there again.
