There are many nice hotels with rooms that look good etc but not all can offer service with smiles 24/7 across all departments... This hotel is really outstanding on all levels ... form your arrival to breakfast , concierge ( Sandro and team ) are superb and follow up everything promptly ... Rooms are immaculate and well appointed with unique styling by Kit Kemp... it grows on you as you look around to see the detail and effort made here ... Alistare the front office manger made sure our late check out was honoured with a nice suite as they had to clean our room ... over an above our expectations the team here just made a short family stay superb !!!

and we will be back and will highly recommend this hotel to all visiting London

Thanks to all at SOHO Hotel London from Danny and the Australians

Room Tip: each room varies so be sure to ask for one that suits your taste and style ...

Returning to the Soho Hotel for a five day stay was like coming home. Not because we were welcomed like long lost friends (as some brand name hotels do to strangers), but with a warm European formality. The hotel is very well appointed, and all the staff very knowledgable and helpful from reservations (we booked direct with the hotel) to the concierge and doorman. The bar/restaurant is very comfortable and lively. The two entrances/exits lead to a great variety of restaurants, the theatres are 5/10 minutes away. It is tough to get a taxi, but in the age of Uber that is not problem at all. Wifi exceptional fast, and the Underground station is only 5 minutes away.

Our room was on the 5th floor with a narrow balcony. It was large and so comfortable we deliberately stay in to read. The balcony is a very nice addition, but be warned that a building close by has a chimney from the kitchen below so with the wind in the wrong direction there is a smell of food.

The Soho Hotel is highly recommended.

A modern quirky restaurant in a lovely central location. We visited on Sunday lunchtime and selected the fixed lunch menu. The asparagus in hollandaise sauce was well prepared and there was a surprising amount of beautiful salmon gir each starter. Three of the party had roast beef and one had the lamb with all main dishes and the vegetables being excellent. The wine was reasonably priced with a good choice. A special place to visit and excellent place to meet up with friends for a relaxing leisurely meal.

Stayed four nights-hate to leave. Service is terrific. The airline broke a wheel off our rolling bag and as soon as the bellman saw it he asked if we wanted him to take it to a luggage repair store. He got it done the next day and saved us the hassle of buying a new bag. Hotel rooms are large, great king bed, and the heated towel racks made drying our clothes fast and easy. Decor is spectacular. Look forward to returning. Loved staying at the Connaught and Rosewood in previous years, but will come back to The Soho.

The Soho Hotel was the first stop on a long vacation throughout Europe. And it didn't disappoint ....The Soho Hotel set the pace for a fabulous vacation. The rooms are artfully decorated with the most beautiful fabrics. This place has great style! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the marble bathrooms are gorgeous. The restaurant and cocktail lounge are super chic. The food is fantastic and I recommend booking the room with breakfast included. They offer a full breakfast menu and a scrumptious buffet with homemade pastries, yogurt and plenty of fruit. And the French press coffee was super!! The perfect way to start any day! Location is great... right in the middle of Soho.
Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and night clubs.

However.....the primary reason I loved this place is the service!!!! Every single employee we encountered was friendly and eager to assist in whatever way they could. Guests are treated like old friends...
The Soho Hotel is a must!!!!
