Very reasonably priced and included a breakfast. The room was quiet, spacious, very clean and well furnished with a nice en suite, smart shower cubicle. We were in the second building so that may have made it quieter. Parking was £20 a night but I believe may be limited although we had no problem and it was secure. At the price one of the better hotels I have stayed in, friendly staff too.
Couple of minor down points...the soap dispensers were a bit grubby, breakfast was chaotic and a little slow re-stocking. Check out was very slow.
But we would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for the second building...away from receptions/bar etc...it is very quiet

We had a lovely time here, 2 adults and 2 small children. Room was big and clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Superb check in and check out. We will come back if the price is right. The underground is a little walk from the hotel, but its much easier to take the bus.

I was on an official trip here, and had to change the hotel the very next day. The night staff was rude, no water bottle was available, the water dispenser was not working and they were even reluctant to offer directions for any store nearby to buy any water or food. The breakfast had limited choice to offer the next day.
The hotel is just a bed and breakfast option, ideal for people who just want to stay in for a night and move to other connecting places. My suggestion - give it a miss.

KWSharma,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us. We are sorry to hear the you did not have the experience with us that you were looking for. If you feel that the staff did not treat you with the proper respect I sincerely apologize. There is no excuse for that. I apologize. I would ask you to please keep in mind the we are a limited service hotel and do not provide all of the services that some of our sister IHG brands provide. We hope that find the brand that will provide you with the services that you require.

My son and I stayed here two nights during a short visit to London. It's a typical Holiday Inn with breakfast included. The breakfast was better than expected and included sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese. The building is bright and welcoming. Our room was OK although it could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down a few items in the bathroom that seemed to have been overlooked. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to West Kensington Station and there are several shops/pubs in the area, none fancy. There is a great crepe/milkshake place a few blocks away.
