Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. Our waterside restaurant is located near the Canary Wharf tube station and on a sunny day the scenery is stunning; the tall buildings that house London’s best and brightest financial minds directly contrast the calm water surrounding the docks. Our waterside restaurant faces Canary Wharf Pier and offers great views over the River Thames while you're munching on a Rustica pizza.

The best place to have a pizza in London! All the waiters staff make our dinner perfect. Recommended! I'll be back soon☺️

Popped in for early tea and had a nice meal and food was usual Zizzi standard. Put off visiting this restaurant again though because of the state of the toilets. All of them filthy and hadn’t been checked all day it seems. If they don’t keep the toilets clean and fresh what about the food prep. Not for me this place. Attention to detail missing here.

We had a table for 8 and the waitress that we had was very lazy and rude. we had to call her several times just to get her to bring our drinks or for us to order our next meal. when we were given the receipt to pay she had applied £13.99 service charge. when asked to remove it which we are allowed to do, she took her phone out nd tried to calculate the total even thugh all we wanted was the service charge taken off. she had clearly just put in a random number because she was getting it herself. she kept on telling us to do some random calculations on the calculator app and clearly was just trying to make us look stupid. overall very bad customer service and ended up paying the service charge in the end. her name was sophia and she was very rude!!!!

We've been regulars at this restaurant for five years or more since retirement. I've just been told to make changes to my lifestyle (diabetes) but we didn't want to spoil our shared enjoyment. We've often commented that this branch of a well-known chain feels more like a family-run restaurant, particularly because they really seem to want you to have a good all-round experience and they listen.
My starting point was to see if I could replace the carbohydrates without feeling "cheated" and, as I had hoped, it was easy to substitute a very tasty and quite filling salad dish for my usual potatoes.
While we always avoid the peak period of workers "refuelling", we were able to enjoy a slow lunch. It wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy the best view of the river (it's a great summer venue) but it was still pretty good.
We've had very few disappointments eating here and when they don't get it right first time, they sort it without fuss or embarrassment. The menu changes seasonally and there are frequent specials, so we have always managed to find somethinbg to suit.
And then there's the lovely staff - capable, friendly and attentive.
All of which keeps bringing us back. Long may this be!

A chain is a chain, right? Wrong! We eat a Zizzi’s around the UK and they are always good, but our local one at Canary Wharf is exceptional. The Piccante Rustica here is unbeatable - indeed every dish is absolutely on the button. Floor staff are always friendly, plus the management are helpful and accommodating. What’s not to like? Highly recommended!
