Disappointing hotel, rooms extremely small, no wardrobe, hairs in bed, shower is so small that you can hardly turn around and I am not a large person.
No decaf coffee in room and breakfast although only continental was disappointing. Eggs boiled so much they are black, only a few slices of cheese and eggs for someone that does not eat anything with wheat in. No yogurt or anything else on offer. So. I have so that we could not even face having breakfast there the second day. Very disappointing and would not recommend this hotel at all

One receptionist employed by the hotel is utterly unfriendly, to the extent where is is unwilling to call a taxy for hotel guest on the day of departure. Being pressed to call a taxi he would either educate people that the tube station is nearby or to give a number of a private arabic taxy hiring, which is obviously more expensive and unreliable. Completely unreasonable from the hotel management to employ such a stubborn und unfriendly character. Not recommended to stay there for anyone.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel at all means!

Close to subway station Shepard Bush, clean, poor breakfast, must buy an adaptor for charging phones (you can find at reception). That's all i have to say about Kensington Suite Hotel. I recomended if you don't visit a city only for the breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel, booking in was easy and after reading the reviews was a little reticent. However we stayed in Room 25 which was a twin room, the decor is tired but the room was an acceptable size for London, this room also is at the back so was lovely and quiet and looked over a garden and trees. If you want somewhere with easy access to the centre and not spending lots of time in the room then this is a good option. The rooms are clean and the continental breakfast was included which made this stay excellent value for money.

Short walk from/to Shepherds Bush
underground on Central Line, or bus
C1 stop nearby to Victoria.
24 hour reception. Lift. Room to rear of property, thus shielded from outside traffic noise. Shower cubicle for medium size person.
Basement breakfast room with adequate continental menu.
