We have just returned from a weekend stay, what a perfectly placed premier inn! A short stroll & you are right in the city centre, fab room, extremely clean, the receception girls Sharon & Jenna were a credit to premier inn, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We will definitely be staying here next time we are visiting Norwich. The only complaint we have is is the room was very hot even with the two fans provided going to it was still exceptionally warm. Nice on a cold winters night but a bit much on a warm summers one!

Not the first time we have stayed but it continues to satisfy requirements.
Centrally located just a very short walk to the famous market & restaurants / bars. Little further to Theatre Royal.
Nice sized rooms ( not like HUB type - used in Edinburgh earlier this week) - very pleasant staff - no a/c but fans provided 6 foot beds
Parking facilities - arranged in Council park £5 per day.

Strongly recommend

As usual a great level of service from premier inn. This one is in a great position for sightseeing. We only used the restaurant on the first night when it was pouring with rain. It was fine, but there are so many great places to eat in the immediate area. The Golden Lion was just a hundred yards away. We didn’t use the hotel for breakfast for the same readon - the guildhall is just over the river. The room was fine - clean, comfortable. I was a little surprised at the lack of storage. The room was an ideal temperature with the window open and the fan on. I did wonder what it would have been like last week before the end of the heatwave. Obviously something to consider in future. Hopefully they’lol have air con before I want to visit Norwich again in hot weather.

Room tip: Room next to the river was very quiet

The room was clean but very hot although a fan was provided. I felt safe and secure staying at the hotel as a single female traveller. I did not eat at the hotel due to other local amenities being cheaper.
