We enjoyed our lunch there; the food, staff and ambience were all excellent. We hope to return again for another family reunion. Providing decent brown bread automatically with the smoked salmon would be an improvement!

Hi Andrew,
Happy to hear that everything was to your liking. We would love to look after your family again.
The reason we leave brown bread off is to keep the dish gluten free, but always happy to bring some out if requested.

We went to Chipping Norton to have a very late lunch early dinner we had seen The Blue Boar the day before. We liked the look of the the stables to eat in and the staff said we could, we decided to eat in the pub proper the meals were excellent and the service from the staff was very good will try and if possible eat there again before we leave the Cotswolds.

Hi guys.
So glad you popped in and what a great choice to select the Stable room. It does have that wow factor. If you manage to pop back be sure to eat in the stable in the evening, its perfect and I am positive the staff will equally accomodating

We visited here today for a late lunch. The place is lovely inside & the staff were all very friendly. All of our meals were great, with my pie being the nicest I can remember having in a long, long time!

We'll definitely be heading back again.

Great review thanks.
We are so lucky to work in this beautiful pub. Our chefs take great pride in their home made pies and are always challenging whom makes the best.
Great staff make happy customers and we have an abundance of helpful staff.
Thanks again

One of those places that you enjoy when having a beer. Cosy and relaxing and with a good menu of different options. Highly recommended.
