We stayed for two nights and booked due to the excellent reviews which sadly we cannot entirely agree with. We thought it was slightly overpriced for an average B&B. Our room was small and very hot and as we were overlooked by next door's car park it wasn't ideal having the windows and curtains wide open. The road is fairly busy behind the hotel and I was woken up in the morning by the traffic. The walk into Bath is fine on the way there but takes longer than the 10 minutes quoted and the uphill climb back was not so pleasant. Having said that cabs are cheap and you could call one from the room. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and the staff were pleasant.
I think we would probably find somewhere else if we visited again although some of the rooms on the website look a lot nicer than the one we were in.

Room Tip: I wouldn't choose one facing the garden.

Ideally situated for Bath Dorian House is tastefully decorated. ..Stayed in the four poster room as this was the only room available but would have preferred a normal room . Staff were very helpful and good choice of breakfast.
Off road parking is a plus . Will definitely visit again

This was a well decorated well thought out accommodation. Our room was at the top with a lovely view of the garden. Two velux windows which were open all the time as it was roasting! But nice to have fresh air beneath the stars.
Breakfast was Lovely. Good choice of fruit and cereals and toast then a full fry up!! Really good quality.
A steep walk into town, great for eager walkers. Would recommend.

Dorian House is a small boutique B&B with excellent facilities. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a well equipped on suite bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is on site and is secure. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the city. There are also many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and we did not use our car during the two days we stayed there

Booked this at short notice and couldn’t be more pleased! The hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the individual decor in the bedrooms, really beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully laid out in the charming sunroom, with plenty of choice and delicious food. Wish the weather had been warmer to make use of the lovely garden. Great advice from the staff especially on the local bus service from outside the rear entrance, saved an uphill walk back from the city. Great to have parking provided so close to the city.
