Stayed for the music festival. Very friendly staff, great location. Room was basic but perfect for us. Breakfast was just perfect start to the day. I guess great place to stay if backpacking, working locally & needing somewhere to stay the odd night.

First of all - price for dorm rooms is very good and you get what you pay for.

Though hostel is generally clean (rooms, showers and toilets), the duvet really bothered me. The covers for the duvet are really not those kind, that you put the duvet in, but just cover yourself with a sheet and a duvet over you. So when you move while sleeping, you touch the duvet as well. And because you have to leave the duvet on the bed and remove your sheets into a bin for dirty laundry, I believe that the duvets don’t really get washed a lot...

I would suggest that you install some hangers for coats and jackets in the dorms, It would be quite a good thing.

And bed bunks are so noisy - every time you move, the bed moves so loudly and person below/above you feels it all. It didn’t bother me, but if you are a light sleeper, don’t book a dorm room.

The staff is very nice, informative and lovely, breakfast was good and you have quite a good choice.

Location is perfect - strict center.

If I return to Bath, I would choose this hostel again.

Good hostel in a great location. The bathrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was pretty good for a hostel as well. I got a private room with a friend and the price was very reasonable.

Informative and very friendly staff.

Our room had some hairs on the floor but didn't bother to make a fuss. The location is perfect with just literally a stroll from the shops and restaurants alike. It cannot be beaten by price to hotels etc. you simply wont find cheaper....

Offsite parking approx 10mins walk from the hostel....

Clean communal areas.

However the hostel is a bit noisy, i suppose this is down to the nature of the building being compact.

We enjoyed our stay overall....

Room Tip: pick the higher floors if you don't mind the stairs, its probably quieter

I was originally supposed to have stayed here for two nights but decided to extend as the location and room was fantastic. Breakfast was pretty much the standard cornflakes/fruit/tea/milk and coffee. Paid for a single room and it was alright for sleep quality but could hear the neighbours screaming at one point in the middle of the night. One of the front desk staff Was rude and grumpy consistently for some reason.
