“Another excellent meal”
Having first visited in March 2015 and been impressed, finding ourselves in Bath again we decided to return.
The Restaurant has changed its name outside to Bear Flat Tandoori but the quality of the food remained the same.
As before we purchased our wine from the Co-op just up the road to have with our meal.
We started with Onion Bhajis which were the size of a tennis ball, not all all greasy and not over hot as some can be, in fact delicious!
Moving on to main courses I went for the special Lamb shank, mediun hot which was huge and yet again an excellent choice, I wish I could have finished it but I was too full! my partner enjoyed a special Chicken stir fry, we chose the coconut rice and peshweri naan all of which was really tasty and spicy without being too hot.
I am glad to say as before, another super meal and we would certainly go back next time we are in Bath.
Being a weekday early evening it was not at all busy, I am surprised more people don't go there!

We ate here on a Saturday night while spending a weekend in Bath & weren't disappointed. Great food cooked to order; full of lovely flavour with great service.

We've order from Mouchuck, or under it's new name Bear Flat Tandoori, a few times in the past. Our last few orders have been so good that it's becoming more of a regular event.
The onion bhajis are a firm favourite, tasty & not too greasy - we would prefer them a bit smaller as they are tennis ball size & very filling. The curries that we have tried have all been good, they've all been different & taste as described - no heaps of red food colouring here. The Jalfrezi is another regular, yum. Breads can be a little doughy on arrival but a few minutes under the grill soon crisps them up.
Mouchuck knows how to use spice & chilli to give that great mix of heat & flavour which so many local restaurants lack. Great to have at the bottom of the road.

Good service and fast delivery although about 1 hour to arrive but only cost £1.50 delivery. Very tasty and plenty but we ate it all.

Visited here with 4 friends. Service was very slow but that was not too much of a problem. When the main course arrived it was worth the wait. It was freshly cooked and better than the usual I Indian. Good value for money. Bonus was it was a bring your own drink.
