Stayed here to visit Glastonbury town and The White Spring. What a lovely place. Stayed in the Wheelwright’s Workshop. Beautifully kept, spotlessly clean and great location. Run by a lovely couple who couldn’t help us enough and were so welcoming and a great help when asking about the area and places to eat. Can’t wait to go back and honestly would bother looking for any other accommodation in the area, although I’m sure there are lots of lovely places, I will book here without hesitation. There are a few little improvements going on with some of the outbuildings but had no affect on our stay whatsoever. See you soon!

We had a lovely stay here, we arrived and set up on pitch number 1 and later Edd (I think came), to see us and later in the week we had a visit from what I think must be their cat, we had a nice cuddle from him.
Our pitch was clean and tidy and even though the site is on a main road we didn't find the noise that bad. A touch is a good idea for evenings as it is quite dark on site.
The showers/toilet were always clean and there was always hot water, the only problem we found was the automatic lights don't stay on long enough, but that's nothing a little dancing around can't solve.
The Tor is easily reached from the site as is the town (both walking).
All in all a really nice site with nice people, would stay again

Last minute booking, 1st night away in our bus . Web site easy-to-use and got a very nice welcome email with directions/advice (not to drive on grass etc.)
Upon arrival (And with a bit of prior research) wasn't hard to find our pitch on our own. I'm sure Jim the owner has much better things to do than meet and greet everyone and lead them by the hand to their allocated pitch.

Stunning spot, Glasto Tor right behind us (spitting distance) and awesome views to South.

Facilities were ok... showers were nice and warm!

Pitch was nice and level... and roomy.

Close enough to town (drive there the main road is a bit busy to walk), bohemian and well worth a visit. Where else can you see a lady taking a cat for a walk on a lead??

Will book again... Will be nice to sit outside in warmer weather and appreciate the view!

We stayed for 4 nights with friends for their first camping experience in a tent. We stayed on pitch 2 on the new tented pitches. Firstly you will not be disappointed with the size or flatness of the pitch. It was massive. We had our large tent and 3 cars on it and still had room to spare.
The toilets, showers and washing facilities are excellent and it has the best view of the Tor around. The owners are very friendly and helpful and it is very well priced.
It's a 20 minute walk to town and to the Tor.
We will be back again and again thank you.
