Stayed 21st july 2021 for one night.
Crown plaza team over charged my credit card £30 above booking fee, once I’d left and also added a further £89 for a second night which I didn’t stay.
Contacted hotel when I discovered the error 23rd July - not one person in hotel could remedy the issue, so I was forwarded to an internal call centre who wasted 30 minutes of my time to file a call and committed to sending an email with a case reference, which I still haven’t received.
Tried to contact hotel-since and hang on the phone for 30 mins unanswered.
Additionally charged me 20p for calling reception and reporting my celebratory student neighbours for their screaming and attempt to come through into my adjoining family room door -
the booking was put under the business category
Very disapprove a hotel if this calibre .
Now with credit card company to resolve.More
