Description: A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

Lovely quirky little tea shop. Staff very friendly and the place seemed to have plenty of locals as well as tourists. The scones we're delicious.

Popped in for lunch today after getting a little bit of Bard fatigue. Loved the 40s setting - music, decor and "rations" menu (and the waitresses wearing hair wraps). With such lovely weather, I sat outside and enjoyed a delicious eggs Benedict with lashings of hollandaise (though the afternoon tea sets at my neighbour's table looked amazing) and a pot of lovely rose tea. Warning: it does get busy at lunchtime of a weekend, but the friendly staff will do their best to squeeze you in!

Day trip out to Stratford and come across this place, we didn’t book but got a table straight away, amazing 1940s feel when it came to the decorations, music and costumes.

Tea was lovely, definitely go back when in the area again

We went on a busy Saturday afternoon but we were lucky to have the sitting room upstairs to ourselves. This is a private room which can be booked and is full of 1940s antiques/memorabilia. We were given menus and told to ring the bell when we were ready to order. We ordered tea for two which came in a traditional teapot with a strainer for the tea leaves and an egg timer so that we got the perfect brew. The lunch we ordered came promptly and was nice and fresh. Would definitely return and try the afternoon tea as it looked lovely.

Visited here due to the positive Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed.

We were seated straight away and spent a good 5 minutes looking around at all of memorabilia. We then ordered a Churchill Club Sandwich to share and a Cream Tea each.

We waited a while for our food (25 minutes) but it was worth the wait. The sandwich was very tasty and the scone was one of the best I’ve had!

Would definitely recommend this place as there’s a great atmosphere and the service is very good.

Tables are quite close together, so just be prepared for that and I would suggest leaving the house blend tea in the pot for longer than the suggested 5 minutes, as it was a little weak.
