I had the pleasure of staying in St Ann's House B&B during the Easter period. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there in that the accommodation was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. The reason why I chose St Ann's was because of the fact that it is quite an old house and does give one that traditional English feel, which I really love. I stayed in room number 8 (room for solo travellers) and it was exactly what I needed for the time I was there. The room was quite spacious considering it was a single room and the en-suite bathroom was quite large (with shower). I am quite pedantic about hygiene and the room was very clean. I also liked the fact that one had tea and coffee in the room (with biscuits). The room view was quite special as it was overlooking the spire of Salisbury Cathedral. One could hear the church bells from the room which made it even more special, especially during an Easter period. There is is also free Wifi in the room and the quality of the connection was excellent There is a fantastic full English breakfast served in the mornings with coffee, tea and there is also the option of fruits, cereals and yogurts. The location of the B &B is superb. It is located literally in the heart of Salisbury. Dave, the owner of the B & B is incredibly helpful in giving information if you need any with regards to tourist attractions and restaurants. All in all, I had a superb time at St Ann's House and I would definitely go back there again when I am in Salisbury.

Room Tip: For solo travel request room 8. Great view overlooking the spire of Salisbury Cathedral.

The building is well placed, only 5-10 minutes to the city centre. The hosts were very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and cosy, with lovely little touches to make the stay more pleasant. Our room had a nice view of the top of the cathedral which was especially lovely at night. Finally the breakfast... made to order with nice local products. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We went to Salisbury on our 10 Days roundtrip. St Anns House is the best base to explore the City and the region. Lovely rooms and a poper breakfast with healthy products. Nice owners as well. We will definitely come back.
