Very convenient when you moor up on the river at Eton meadows. Old style traditional local pub. Serves standard pub fare, nothing special but well turned out. Good selection of beers

We had popped in 2 weeks ago whilst moored up. We sat inside this very quaint quirky pub, which had a very relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed a couple of drinks. We were moored again this Wednesday and visited again, but as it was so hot we sat in the small garden at the back.
Also sitting in the back garden were what appeared to be off duty pub staff. Their language was an absolute disgrace and the things being spoke about should never have been discussed, When it was clear customers were also sitting in the garden and could hear everything they said. It got so bad we went inside.

A tip to your off duty staff would be customer awareness , if you want to swear so much do it out of ear shot. Very inappropriate behaviour.

I wouldn’t visit there again as there are plenty of other nice pubs to try nearby. Shame as our 1st visit was a positive one.

First time I had visited this pub and definitely wont be the last.

Myself, my best friend and daughter had a gorgeous lunch here. We had the pies and my daughter had the burger. Absolutely gorgeous and homemade. The decor absolutely added to the relaxed atmosphere as there were books everywhere, games and lots of quaint nooks and crannies to sit. The staff were excellent - really friendly and made you feel like valued customers from the start. Definitely recommend.

Went in here while wandering one around the area one day
Great place, great staff.

Food was good

Loved the games that you can play

Lovely to play to cool off or even when raining to pass a few hours with a game of something, drink and something to eat

We are on a boating holiday on the Thames, we had been shopping in Windsor to get provisions and just popped into the Watermans Arms on our way back for a drink, what a lovely pub,We were served by Mo and may I say what a lovely lady. We had a couple of drinks in the beer garden, Mo could not of been a better hostess, We Would definitely recommend anybody popping in there for the hospitality and a very good ale.
