Had a really nice lunch here after visiting the tower. Food was good and reasonably priced considering the area.

Lovelly old world hotel in a good location, offering an interesting menu and a range of drinks. For what we had; a butchery platter for two, we thought it was good value.

Six of us stopped here for lunch. Excellent varied menu, good food, delightful atmosphere. Would definitely have lunch here again.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay at this charming hotel in Broadway. We arrived with 2 dogs and could not have been made to feel more at home. Nice room with "doggie comforts" waiting in the room. We did not try the brasserie but enjoyed the bar area. Enjoy!

After spending quite a lot of time and money here we feel very disappointed with service and quality of food.
We used to come here regularly for evening meals, lunches and a light breakfast which we thought was great and supper value for money. ,Then that all changed with charging same price for not so good food and much less of it. So we didn't go back for a long time.after asking manager about why it had changed he didn't really give a good explanation.

So after a long while we decided to go back for a light breakfast again trying something different this time and was very impressed with service and what we had , so much so we went twice in one week and took a friend who was impressed too. So today we return for a light breakfast for three and we couldn't quite believe how different we had been served and fobbed off with being brought out 2 portions of toast whilst paying for 3. Whilst having to wait nearly 40 mins for it. When we asked a member of staff about it a waiter came out 10 mins later with half of the said third portion. We questioned about portion size going down in the last week and he just said " there must be a breakdown of communication because that's how I always do it" and promptly walked off.

Yes he is right " no communication "
As locals we are aware of how they serve there food and now have seen on a few occasions there is no consistency and that a tourist would of paid the money and been none the wiser.

Sort it out. You have a beautiful hotel, resturant and bar, train your staff properly from the beginning and look after ALL your customers.

Remember your locals are always there all year round!!
