Firstly we were surprised they were even open,! We walked in the place was empty we eventually got someone to come out of the kitchen ! We asked for a table she said sit where you like! Sounds easy as the place was empty but every table was coated in a sticky residue so we struggled to find a table. We chose our food and as it says order at the bar we stood at the bar and stood some more ! Staff came out of the kitchen then ignored us! Eventually we were served ! Everyone else that came in had the same experience ! They will struggle to sell this as a business at this rate!

I have been several times to Bwytu Lleu and have enjoyed nice meals. This time however the was a huge dissapointment. I had pre booked a table for a birthday celebration, we arrived and could choose where to sit as only one other family in to be told you will have to wait half hour as chef was feeding helicopter men at airport! We waited an hour for starters then had to ask for forgotten bread. My chicken curry consisted of chicken nuggets in a curry sauce served with half a mini nan bread, uncooked. The service was slow, no one asked was everything ok and the food was expensive for what was served. Pity as it's a local business going down hill.

Came for breakfast with my wife and waited for 25 mins for some bacon on toast and toast and jam.. Clearly the two young girls who work here have no interest in their jobs and take no pride in this cafe. Poor customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. When the food eventually arrived it wasn't fit for human consumption. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Two other cafes in close proximity, go there instead

Past lunchtime so we stopped.
H had a ploughmans lunch and I chose a burger. Staff lovely but food was mediocre at best.
H asked for the bread to go with ploughman only to be told that it didn't come with bread so she had to buy it. My burger was bland and had no substance to it at all.
I also paid a ridiculous amount of money for a miniature can of ginger beer. So not worth it..

Have visited a couple of times in the last two weeks and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Dirty floors, dirty tables, rubbish outside that's been there for weeks. Toilets unclean. Everything is looking tired and tatty.
Food has gone down in quality.
Such a shame.
