“Beautiful cottage in great location for relaxing holiday”
Reviewed 2 August 2018 for a stay in July 2018

My first stay at Penrhyn was sixty years ago. To return with our family and two grandsons was perfect. Far more luxurious stay in the beautifully renovated farm cottage was ideal. The attention to detail was great - bright and light but could imagine as very cosy on winter evenings. Very friendly hosts - Gwen was very helpful and obviously looked after the cottages with care and affection. Great advice for crabbing which entertained us each evening! Sandy Beach just a short walk away. Still wonderfully unspoilt despite the larger caravan park which was also very well maintained. We were able to use the swimming pool on a cool afternoon which was ideal. 9 year old grandson comment “it’s so quiet and peaceful granny” and he was right. They loved it.

“Beautiful cottage in ideal location”
Reviewed 5 June 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Perfect location with the beach on the door stop. Cottage was beautiful with everything that was needed for our stay. There are views of the sea from the windows and a place to sit outside. TV in all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. We cooked our own evening meals most nights and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to do this.(There isn't a hair dryer in the property so you will need to take your own).
The location is ideal for touring the rest of Anglesy and North Wales. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sandy Beach.
Gwen (the owner) was very friendly and helpful and maintains the cottage to a very high standard. I cannot fault it in any way.

Lovely cottage. Well thought out and has all you need for a comfortable stay. There was 3 generations and it suited us all. Very quiet location with stunning views. The caravan Park was only a short drive away were the kids loved the play area and swimming pool. Gwen was very welcoming and very helpful.

This was out first time in Anglesey and what a beautiful place it is
The cottages are stunning and we had a lovely relaxing week here. Right on the beach it was perfect for us. My kids took full advantage of the swimming pool too. We visited every day
Will most definately return here hopefully next year
