This is our second visit in around 3 years. Both visits on blustery cold days. The Bistro isn't obvious as it's behind the Maritime Museum but it's worth finding.

Last time we chose the dressed crab and ate out on terrace. It's a beautiful view and the meal was lovely hence today's return visit.

This time choosing Crispy skin chicken with mash, mushroom sauce and a medley of cooked veg. The food was fabulously cooked and delicious to eat with great presentation. Absolutely loved it.

Sitting indoors its not big but it's bright and open with large glass panels with harbour views. Staff are friendly and attentive and everything is clean.

Thank Simon T

Charming bistro overlooking Holyhead harbour.
I have been there a number of times but won't visit again.
I thought that the food was mediocre and not particularly good value.
But I'm guessing that depends on what you choose and how busy it is.
I had an open prawn sandwich which lacked style and taste.
My wife had vegetable soup which also failed to excite the taste buds.
Beer was £4 a pint which is fairly expensive for this area.

The food here is beautiful. You could pile on the pounds just looking at it. Starters, main courses and sweets. The staff are very friendly, the views are stunning right over the harbour.

Probably the best meal we have had since arriving in Wales. Excellent risotto. The lamb was cooked perfectly. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.

A lovely meal in a great location. The dinner was well cooked and the staff were helpful and polite. Booking recommended at weekends. Lunch was also very enjoyable especially as we were able to sit out on the decking making the most of the view.
