“Perfect cosy romantic peaceful cottage”
Reviewed 2 February 2018 for a stay in October 2017

The cottage was absolutely perfect, just off a quiet country road with hardly any traffic, so ideal for getting away from it all. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was exactly as described and contained everything we needed. It was nice and cosy but still roomy enough to be able to enjoy sitting at the table having a meal or relaxing on the sofa. We would highly recommend it as a peaceful, romantic base from which to explore the Brecon Beacons. It was a great little place and we'd be happy to go back again.

“Small but perfectly formed!”
Reviewed 8 November 2017 for a stay in November 2017

Great stay in a cosy warm cottage. Everything you could need for a break in the Brecon Beacons. We were only there for a couple of days and it's central location made it easy to access all attractions.

“Perfect cottage for the perfect stay”
Reviewed 23 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

I honestly couldn't rate this this cottage higher. Upon arrival Nick was straight out to meet us and was so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with all mod cons and accessories you'd need. Stayed for three nights and my only wish is that it was longer. The location is brilliant, or was for us at least. For good restaurants, try The Bear @ Crickhowell and The Three Horsehoes @ Groesffordd, we had beautiful meals at both.
Cannot wait to head back to the Brecons, and specifically, to this cottage.

“Idyllic hideaway ”
Reviewed 30 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

A wonderful break in a well equipped property. Nick was very welcoming when we arrived and very helpful, providing fresh eggs and milk, whilst also advising us on local walks and restaurants (The Felin Fach Griffin was excellent). A beautiful and peaceful place to stay to explore the Brecon Beacons.

“ideal, cosy country cottage”
Reviewed 29 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

This excellent cottage is close to Brecon by car and yet set in lovely rural countryside. Although small it is well proportioned and really well equipped and makes a superb base for walking or in our case fishing (and eating and drinking). The hosts were very friendly and helpful without being at all ingratiating. Would definitely stay again without a second thought. It was a lovely break
