Terrible service. Shop said delivery guy realised he gave our order to someone else. Would have to wait another hour to have it made again. Cancelled order. 20 mins later delivery guy arrives saying he’s got our order. Denied delivering it to wrong address even though shop said they spoke to him. Had delivery guy on intercom at this point with shop on phone. Delivery guy denying he spoke to shop and shop saying he had. I can’t see how we can ever trust them again. We couldn’t risk a potential situation where delivery guy went back to wrong address and collected food back. Far too risky based on Covid situation. Just terrible. Shop said he hasn’t got time to call delivery guy but yet had time to talk to me.

We have been customers of this takeaway for a while now. The number of times that they have been late for delivery is terrible. Also, several times now, they have said 1.5 hours until delivery, and then called at last minute saying that they will be another hour late!!!! If they do this to regular customers it is disgusting. Will will NEVER be using them again!

Other than the chips being the typical takeaway chips in a paper bag, everything was perfect, and a quick delivery to boost

Although the food is nice, they say that they won't be able to deliver for 1.5 -2 hours....and then they don't even make that time!!!! Awful!!!! And once they didn't even remember our order! The delivery man is lovely though. Dreadful time service

Ordered food this evening was told it would be delivered in 50 minutes. 1 hour and fifty minutes later it still hasn’t arrived, when we rang them to ask where it was we were told it would be another 40 minutes, not good enough. When we expressed our disappointment we were offered free prawn crackers, what a joke! Absolutely disgusting service!!!
