A compact, modern clean room. Basic but comfortable and a great price for city centre. No kettle, hairdryer etc but clean bedding and towels. Very friendly welcoming staff and the hotel felt very safe. Quiet at night despite being off a main road.

The only reason I’m leaving one star is because the lady who sorted out room key was lovely. The room felt like a prison cell, there wasn’t room to swing a cat.
We didn’t expect much for the price, we just wanted somewhere to lay our heads at night but even for £68 for two nights, it was awful.
There was no cup and no one on reception when we went down to ask so we had to use our hands from the sink.
The duvet cover has holes in it. The bathroom door was dirty. Their were hairs on the toilet flush. The TV wouldn’t work.
£68 or £600, it’s just not acceptable.
It felt like a storage container walking through the corridors and the room just wasn’t worth anything.

We've just spent 3 days in this hotel and it was just amazing! Prior booking, we were looking for a clean place and a good location, and we were indeed pleasantly surprised! It was super clean, the bed were super comfy, the location was great and the staff was super helpful. Bear in mind that this is not a luxury hotel; for instance, the rooms aren't big and there is no kettle or hair drier in the rooms. We didn't mind as we'd spent most of our days outside. The rooms are super cozy, there's a tv but if there was one thing we would have loved to have, it would have been a fridge, even a mini one. Also, no daily cleaning but we are clean people so it didn't really matter. I definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for the lovely stay, we will come back again!
