Bill Wolsey has done it again...what a hidden gem of a place!! Mum and I went for lunch...we were greeted in the foyer/casual dining area by the most attentive young man, Anthony. He turned out to be the duty manager-what a fab guy to lead the team..professional and polished but very personable too! He showed us round the ground floor-the restaurant, the ski bar and the infamous Steve McQueen photo!! We were tempted but didn't try and take it home with us!! We settled for a light lunch in the ski bar-Baltic-the soup was delicious, served with warm bread and butter...mum had a warm French bread sandwich and loved it too. Only down was the hot port toddy...it was so weak and needed a good blast of sugar and some spices to make it palatable...we called fabulous Alex our waiter over to express our dislike...not a problem...would we like another one or that removed from the bill. Such a helpful guy-with great stories of his job in china...we could have stayed and chatted all afternoon and worked our way through the wonderful array of ski based toddies-alas the school run got in the way!! Will be back...we loved it-the meal for 2 for £35 for 3 courses plus wine sounds a real bargain!!

Stayed as part of the January sale...dinky room and 3 course meal for two £120. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly on arrival. The room was dinky but nice big comfy bed and clean functional bathroom. The restaurant was full, most diners all taking advantage of the set menu deal, £35 for 3 courses for two. The choice of dishes was quite limited for the deal set menu but what we had was nice enough. I have been really looking forward to staying here as I loved the quirky modern idea of it ..The reality however is unfortunately not for us...the bar area is more like an airport waiting area... with air conditioning pipes, vents all on display...the seating and finishes are all basic and have in my humble opinion, been cleverly marketed as 70s quirky...clinical and no ambience to make us want to stay for a drink...there was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay ...just the unusual concept is not for us.

Called in for a wee drink. Great location but the staff make the place! Met Ryan first and his knowledge on the drink was amazing. I had the beer from co.cork. Then walked through to reception and got greeted by Niall. So friendly! Then went over for a cider served by Jane. Soo nice! And then Adrian was on the floor, and introduced me to the menu. Wasn't hungry but I would come back. Definitly worth a visit!

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting family for the weekend in Belfast. The hotel is new and has a really modern and cool interior. We never used them but the restaraunt and bar areas were very nice. The room we booked was also very nice and modern. We ended up having an issue with our tele (we were both hungover so were having a quiet night!) and the staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful and ended up moving us into a bigger room. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Belfast!

Loved outlet stay at this hotel. The style and decor is great, rooms comfortable and the complimentary grab and go breakfast is a nice touch. Really great location right in the city centre. Good value for money too. It's no frills, but that's fine. Very clean and staff very friendly. The restaurant is top notch and the coffee is a treat. Would recommend to the younger generation but that's not to say it isn't suitable to older couples either.
