My parents visited the Titanic Hotel Belfast last week for an overnight stay as a birthday gift.

They were warmly greeted and shown to their room which had stunning views of the Titanic Quarter. Their room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was outstanding and had everything they needed.

They dined in the restaurant and the service was superb.

They had a comfortable nights sleep and check out was not rushed and easy.

They would recommend this Hotel as a great stop for anyone wishing to learn about the history of Belfast. The features around the Hotel and little touches add magic and mystery about its heritage.

Staff were great and a special thank you to Mr Adrian McNally for ensuring everything was perfect.

I arranged a stay at the hotel as a birthday surprise for my partner as he has always found the history of Titanic fascinating.
We were both slightly stressed when we arrived due to a close call at the airport and a missing passport, we were welcomed by Courtney who was friendly and chatty.

William took us to our room but gave us a mini tour on the way, the knowledge and information he has stored is unbelievable and fascinating in equal measures

We arrived in our room but before we got to enjoy it, my partner realised he had left his wallet and mobile in the taxi and unfortunately building works started outside our window. Luckily Courtney came to our rescue and managed to track down the wallet and phone with the taxi firm and moved us to the other side of the hotel where it was quiet.

The room was stunning and spotlessly clean. I know people have commented on the cold tiles, however there are so many towels we just placed one in front of the sink and cold feet were averted. I guess a pair of complimentary slippers might minimize some people's complaints but would they be an acceptable overhead

The hotel organised a birthday cake and balloons in our room while we were out for the day which my partner appreciated and was surprised that the effort was made

We ate in both the bar and Wolff grill for evening meals and every meal was delicious. The flavour combinations on the fine dining menu were surprising but worked so well. Words cannot express the chocolate fondant and honeycomb icecream, if it wasnt so rich we would have tried to squeeze another one in.

Breakfast was included in the room price and there was so much choice, I find it hard to believe anyone could complain that they couldn't find something to eat. The kitchen are also happy to cook something to order if you really can't find something plus gluten free options were available.

All staff are friendly and chatty but a special mention to Conor in the restaurant. An interesting and genuine person who is clearly inspired by the hotel and the management and whose aspirations will hopefully come to fruition for him in the future

My partner was sad to be going and suggested that if we won the lottery we should come and stay for a month at least once a year! Our flight was delayed on the way home this evening and we were both hoping the delayed status turned to a cancelled so we could come back and enjoy one more night

Thank you Titanic Hotel, we will be back!!

What a wonderful gem this hotel is, I couldn't fault a thing.
It has been renovated and refurbished to perfection.
Stayed 5 nights in a standard room on our honeymoon around Ireland and we loved every day here in the hotel.
If you love the Titanic and its history, you need to stay here!
The thing that tops it off here are the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful and are happy to help you with anything from weather updates down south to recommending the best bars and restaurants in the city.
A special mention to Paddy and Victoria, we looked forward to seeing you both everyday for a chat.
We will be booking here again for our next stay here one day, and will be telling our family to book here for their overseas trip next year.

Had a really wonderful stay in the titanic hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly- specifically Oonagh, who answered every one of our questions with no hesitation. Such a friendly girl who really looked after us.

From the moment we entered the staff throughout hotel could not have been more welcoming. Room was lovely bed & linen very comfortable. All I can say is explore explore explore every nook & cranny is full of history you can get lost in all the rooms, corridors & stairwells that are steeped in history & artifacts. It was unusual & lovely that nearly all the staff were local a rare find. One minute walk to Titanic exhibition & every evening we had walks full of adventure within a mile of hotel. City centre 5 min cab journey. Breakfast & dinner in the bar were both excellent and the waiting staff were excellent very attentive. One thing is the hotel have not set up any concessions with local attractions & we had to do a lot of leg work ourselves on this. If you use the hotel taxi & get a receipt you can get 15% off at titanic exhibition plus 15% off a selection of restaurants in the city as the cab driver explained. Would highly recommend hotel
