Stayed here with my 5 year old son on a spur of the moment trip.

At check in the staff helped me out with a better room & early check in. Very friendly & kind.

Room was clean & bright.

Location is ideal. 10 mins away from the center & attractions like W5 etc..

Also plenty of nice little places to eat with in walking distance!!

This Ibis is a very nice place to stay for those on a budget in Belfast. It's located in a vibrant university neighborhood, with little eateries, coffee places and pubs galore. The hotel is not fancy, and doesn't pretend to be, but it is immaculately kept, the bed are good and the rooms perfectly fine, Best of all, the staff, from Rebecca and Rosa on the front desk to the bartending crew, featuring Thomas, cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a good one.

This is a nice hotel with excellent staff. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding at the Queens University and the location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to the venue and some good restaurants nearby. about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the bus terminal and city centre.
The staff at the hotel were excellent. When we arrived the gentleman on reception (Thomas?) apologized that our room was not ready, we were 3 hours in advance of check in so this was not a surprise. He took our cases and when we advised we wanted to do the hop on tour bus he offered to take our booking. He promptly called the company to pick us up and shared some information ob the city. He had finished his shift when we returned so we could not offer our thanks, but he was a very good and welcoming host. The young ladies who replaced him we also found warm and friendly.
The hotel is a typical Ibis, clean, functional, no frills but good value.
A very good stay in a good location.

Typical Ibis style - you know, like a minimal IKEA vibe. Beds are comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not the best restaurant or food I've had at an Ibis but 24/7 food options were great - they even start breakfast as early as 4am! Location was nice and in a more quiet street but still walking to restaurants, pubs, city center, coffee shops, etc.
