We booked to join the tour as a group of friends taking a weekend visit to Belfast, and we were so glad we did! A lot of the original building is sadly gone now, but those areas that remain intact were full of history! It was both a fascinating and sombering look into the lives of so many people. Brendan, our tour guide, was really insightful and was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. He was clearly very passionate about the gaol and it's history, too, which made our tour so much more enriching. Would absolutely recommend visiting this place!
