Hi this is a fab little place to stay in Edinburgh. I was here for a conference and couldn’t afford the posh venue of the conference so I did a search and found the hub a branch of premiere in next to big brother premiere inn in market street. Not too much of a view from the room but it’s a delightful place to be and to relax in and is full of tech. I can control the lights, air con from panels in the bed head or from my phone. Staff are relaxed and helpful prices are great and the bed-so comfortable and the air on works a treat, what more could you want.

I would highly recommend this hotel. So central for everything and a lovely place. We stayed for two nights. Rooms are small but there is everything you need and space is used extremely efficiently. Fantastic powerful shower with large fluffy towels. We also took advantage of the £5 continental breakfast which was great and very good value.

My girlfriend and I stayed on June 19th for 1 night. The hotel is in an excellent location on Rose Street, just off Princes Street in the city centre - a few minutes walk from Waverley Train Station and very close to the Princes Street Tram stop. Everything this wonderful city has to offer is literally on your doorstep.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly on arrival and our room was very clean & tidy. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the control panel behind the bed to control the rooms lighting / aircon was a great feature.

One small criticism from the room we had, (room 105) which is directly above the lounge / bar area downstairs - the WIFI signal was non-existent, rendering the Hub Smartphone App useless, but this wasn't an issue. During the night it seemed like there was constant noise of what sounded like furniture being moved but we couldn't figure out which direction it was coming from! The window was sealed so any noise from outside was kept to a minimum which was great.

We both pre-booked breakfast for £5 each when we booked the room, which was very nice and I would recommend it - plenty on offer to choose from including, a delicious porridge, fresh fruit & yogurt, as well as bread for toast / croissants etc. Unlimited teas and coffee for guests too is a fantastic feature as tea making facilities are not included in your room.

We were very impressed with our first stay at Hub by Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre, I would definitely recommend it to others for quality and value for money, cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of staff. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Edinburgh.

Stayed here for an overnight stay before my flight to italy. The check in was quick helped by nice staff. This is a modern hotel in good condition with everything one needs. The rooms are on the small side but there is storage space under the bed for 2 full size cases. There is no tea/coffee in rooms but free tea/coffee is provided for guests in the breakfast area. There are plenty of power points in the room. The bathroom is nice with a good shower unit. One can control the lights and the room temperature on a panel beside the bed, you can also control lights and room temperature via an app on your phone. Breakfast was ok. This hotel is approx 100 metres form tram stop on Princess st.

Room Tip: They do have larger rooms which would be better for a few nights stay
