We have eaten here many times over the past few years and had many family get together/celebration meals here, food is excellent, never had a bad meal, service is great too! Caters for young and old, well priced and we will keep going back!

We would highly recommend a stay in this family-run hotel. The family were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. My daughters and I were given twin rooms opposite each other in the top of the hotel with en suites- this was very handy. The beds were very comfy and the room clean. The hotel was nice and peaceful despite being full. Meals are served in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was brilliant and the service just the right balance of friendly but not intrusive. We all felt very happy with our 'mini holiday' to Limekilns and our stay was made perfect by the family at the hotel- thanks so much for making us so happy!

Popped in for Lunch as it was a lovely day and there were a number of people eating outside and the food looked good.

Friendly waitress was helpful and nicely chilled bottle of tap water was brought to the table without being requested which was a nice touch.

Food was nice and relaxed place to have lunch.

I stayed at the hotel for one night prior to joining a cruise ship at nearby Rosyth the following day. It's a few yards from the north bank of the Forth. It is very much a family business with father, mother and daughter running it.

I ate an excellent dinner and afterwards I slept in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was porridge which I hadn't enjoyed for years.

The cost was modest and I would recommend the hotel to people exploring Fife.
