There is something special happening when your repeatedly visit a destination, not just for its many attractions and St Andrews has many, but for another chance to stay at Hoppity House! Beautiful rooms, hospitality and friendliness in abundance, humour even at breakfast and just the feeling that Heather and Gordon really want you to enjoy every moment of your stay.

Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He was very friendly. Location is great. Breakfast was provided and was great. The room had everything you need for a short stay. It was in a great location and we loved our time in Scotland

Before our stay in Hoppity House I always had a certain opinion about B&Bs however Hoppity breaks all the rules. Gordon & Heather are so friendly, happy and the atmosphere is welcoming. The rooms are very comfy and the little welcome pack you get tin the bathroom is a nice wee treat. Added to this the free wifi and huge telly it just makes for the best place to put your feet up after a long day in St Andrews. Highly recommend Hoppity House and one of the nicest breakfasts I have ever had! Go... you wont regret it!

Had the most fantastic stay at Hoppity House our room was lovely and modern with comfy beds and was very spacious. Went for breakfast and was treated to a full Scottish breakfast as well as any cereals or anything you wanted, the breakfast was amazing. The owners Heather and Gordon are very friendly and do whatever they can to take care of your needs would recommend Hoppity House to anyone to stay here it was like home from home.

I was here working for StAnza Poetry Festival doing press/media which involved a lot of running around and a lot of writing. Having a little quiet typing haven a stone's throw from the Byre was completely invaluable.

PLUS the shower was glorious, the bed was cosy and the pancakes were to die for. A lovely place run by lovely folk.
