Lovely warm place. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
Room nice and clean with nice TV.
Hotel is good at a fair price with reasonable amenities and tea and coffee on the go.
Inverness is a good tourist place with plenty eateries with the snow goose being very good.More

Customer service at this hotel is non existent I have been trying for months to retrieve a sweatshirt I accidentally left there and they have systematically ignored me. Has put me off using any IHG hotels in future. Would suggest staff need a crash course on how to deliver customer service.

Stayed here for one night and it was excellent. Must be the biggest room I’ve stayed in a Holiday Inn express Room 103. Spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making, iron & board and hairdryer. Breakfast included in price was all you could ask for. Staff at reception check in were friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend.

Room clean and reasonably well equipped.
Booked in by a stressed man who said that he hoped that he wouldn’t be rude to us but he was the only staff member on duty with 40 rooms to check in.
Breakfast was a disappointment- morning one no egg and limited beans and hash browns. Morning two no hash browns and bacon cremated - plus breakfast room leaves you smelling of fat so we decided to shower and put our clean clothes on after breakfast so that we didn’t ping all day.
It has potential but needs a shake up.

Good breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, good beds and pillows, bathroom small but efficient. Toiletries minimal, but workable. Broken light fixed quickly. But the overriding issue was noise from neighbours, primarily due to thin walls. TV from one side early in the morning, and late night conversation on the other side. I don’t think they were unreasonable— just the sound insulation was poor.

Asked to sit in the restaurant for 45 minutes before checking in at 3pm which is fair enough because we were early but at least make sure it’s clean, food on the floor and cups sitting about.
Overhead from guests checking in that the kitchen was closed but when we checked in the new receptionist had no idea if it was open or not. Didn’t stay anyway, as I said before it was a mess so didn’t fancy it.
Only two PowerPoints in the room really not good enough for the business traveler.
Talk about lack of staff from reception but I don’t want to hear about that at 150
Pounds a night.
