Gorgeous brand new hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options to charge devices. Located on a quiet yet easily accessible part of town. I was lucky to get a lovely view of the river from my room. At night they offer satchels of lavender to put under your pillow.More

Yesterday we visited this hotel to attend a family funeral tea. This was the first time the newly opened hotel had hosted such an event. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. The food was really beautiful and our surroundings were perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful place and their lovely staff

Lovely new hotel, check in was seamless, really helpful and answered my queries re dog friendly spaces within hotel.
Room was lovely and comfy with beautiful view over river, although room was very hot, temperature set at 21 degrees and could not adjust setting to lower temperature, kept reverting back to original temp. Thankfully we could open window but then the outside noise is an issue. Reported it to reception, but I understand with a new hotel there are snagging issues.
Restaurant is lovely, music a bit loud and not to my taste, menu very limited and no drinks menu however when I asked for a mocktail the barman was happy to oblige and it was delicious, thank you!
It’s great the hotel is dog friendly but no litter bins or poo bins to dispose of dog waste, I found one of the riverside. Definitely something the hotel need to rectify asap or other dog owners may not bother to pick up their dog mess.

Stayed at this new, beautiful, convenient, well appointed hotel for two nights as we were driving to the Isle of Skye. Associates were friendly, they had great F&B offerings, cosy lobby and restaurant. Blessed with an awesome view from our room. Bed was comfortable, and room was very functional. Parking was complimentary for in-house guests which was a 2 minute walk from the door. Highly recommended! Thank you for an awesome stay! I hope to be back :)

We had an excellent break at this hotel. The hotel is new but has old world high standards. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The food is off a very high standard and well presented. We had an opportunity to speak to the manager and it was obvious that he intends to maintain this high standard and provide a haven for his guests.
The reception told me that the hotel opened a month ago. And I could smell the newness. The hotel is beside the river and close to many restaurants and nightlife.
You can practically walk to many of the sights of Inverness and it is a easy drive to the Loch Ness boat tours.
The rooms were good, decent size. The views of the river from the room were awesome. The breakfast was good in the lobby restaurant.
