A good place to stay with comfortable rooms and well located. The room was quite big with a double bed and also an extra couch bed if needed. There were extra pillows in the room. The amenities in the room i.e, TV, hair dryer, good lighting, were excellent.

The wifi was very good, could stream Netflix no problem!

The bathroom was quite large with good pressure in the shower (one of the things I use to rate hotel rooms!) There were enough towels provided.

Breakfast is served in the adjoining Brewers Fayre. Adequate but not much to write about. The coffee machine is very good though!!

Poor in almost all facilities. Heating very poor, tea facilities poor, bathroom towels poor. On the plus side the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall a big disappointment and not cheap for such quality.

Very reasonably priced hotel. Reception very helpful, always had the time to chat when we were arriving and leaving the hotel. Downside which will I am sure come right in the end is all the building work going on. Car park very full and commercial vans parked in front of car parking spaces so couldn't easily park. Cooked breakfast looked overcooked and dry, probably been there many hours. Nice bedroom.

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn and always book Premier Inn when travelling anywhere as we know it's always to a good standard. We were not disappointed in Inverness. Staff were warm and welcoming and the room was clean and had everything we needed.

I stay in Premier Inns for business every few weeks....and have stayed in them all over the UK...I'm a great fan of the brand, but this was awful. There's work going on, but ...
Check in .....pressed bell for 15 minutes at 7pm...no answer.
Decided to go have dinner and return....steak and chips...should be easy...lukewarm ....everything tasteless
Staff seem harassed, neither friendly nor welcoming
Returned to reception...girl there...." Pager doesn't work sometimes"...no apology
Room immaculate, everything as you would expect.
As a Scot I'm embarrassed to think tourists would use this place and think this is Premier Inn standard...let alone Highland hospitality....

Room tip: Try the other Premier Inns in Inverness

Good morning Rosemary,

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us.

We're so sorry to hear that your stay got off to a bad start with having to wait so long for someone to come and check you in and when you did eventually get checked in the team were not friendly or welcoming. This certainly isn't the experience that we want for any of our guests and we can assure you that we will be passing on your feedback to the hotel management to make sure this is improved in the future.

We're also sorry to hear that your meal wasn't tasty or hot, we will certainly be passing on your feedback to the restaurant management team regarding this.

Once again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and we do hope that your next stay with us is back to the standards you would expect when staying with us.

Kind regards,

James
