Hotel very clean and tidy one way system worked well, hand sanitisers at regular intervals. We always stay at Premier Inn Hotels where possible as we are sure of having good service and enjoy our stay.

My husband and I always stay at the Premier Inn Inverness East when passing through Inverness to the Outer Hebrides. The location is the best of all the Inverness Premier Inns due to its location off the A9. The staff are always available, polite and helpful and extra towels, pillows, tea and coffee etc. is always available when requested.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the place. We haven’t stayed in a Premier Inn for a few years as Travelodge has always come in cheaper. But not this time and we were delighted. The room was spotless, we were in a separate block than the main check in and it was so quiet. The only one member of staff we saw was lovely. We asked for extra pillows as they only give you 2 and she gave us extra one in a sealed bag which was good. The location was great for us sightseeing and the hotel was very easy to get to from the motorway. The restaurant at the hotel was also lovely and we had a evening meal
And breakfast there. We were really impressed at with the room and certainly would visit again.
