Fantastic two rooms with big bathroom with views over the moray firth. Staff are exceptionally helpful and very industrious, breakfast was hot buffet self service. I asked if I could have poached eggs, and the chef brought two perfect cooked to my table. A very friendly guest house with beautiful grounds and relaxed but attentive service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem in Nairn.

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated and Michelle could not be more welcoming. The hotel does not serve evening meals but we were sent a list of local places to eat which was a great help.
Our room had a marvellous view of the Black Isle.
Breakfast was excellent.
This hotel is a gem and we will certainly be returning when we are planning our next trip.

Room tip: Black Isle Room for the lovely view.

Stayed one night after arriving at Inverness Airport. Well run place and easy to get to the sea/estuary for a walk. We went to the Aurora Hotel restaurant -no skimping on portion size there. Room was fine and their is a bar as well.

We arrived late after a long drive and received a very warm welcome. The staff were warm, professional and friendly. I requested an early breakfast due to attending a course and this was immediately organised . The decor is beautiful with local artists paintings and quirky touches on display. It feels freshly decorated but in keeping with the old country house feel. Breakfast was delicious with a full Scottish breakfast option plus yoghurts fruit and cereals. Filter coffee was the only downside. Gorgeous gardens surrounded the hotel with a hammock, putting green and short path leading directly to the beach. Highly recommend!

Room tip: The Sun Dancer restaurant has great local food and is a short walk along the beach.

I stayed for two nights. It was the highlight of my trip. Michelle, the manager, was warm and helpful and generous -- the perfect host. The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes' walk along the water from restaurants. Without a doubt I would stay again. My only reluctance in writing this review is that others will soon find out about the Invernairne and drive up demand! Oh, well; the best things in life should be shared and, undoubtedly, vacationing here is one of the very best things.

Hi Alex, thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to welcome you to The Invernairne, hopefully you have recovered from the cold waters! I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Scotland. We would love to welcome your mother when she is visiting Scotland, and hope to see you too again when next in the area.
