Derek gave us a warm welcome.
Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view to the forested hills from both windows. Could never tire of looking at that view!
Breakfast had a good variety of choice. Hot dishes were perfectly cooked.
Dinner excellent each course delicious food, again perfectly cooked.
A fine hotel with very good attentive staff, and a relaxing stay.
It is a great find.

Room Tip: Beautiful views from the "new part" rooms 14 and 15

Had a great stay in this beautiful hotel last night. Staff very friendly, room was excellent and spotless. Breakfast this morning was fantastic, lost of fruit, yogurt s, fruit juice, cakes and a cooked breakfast, quality was brilliant and the staff this morning were too. Can't to come back and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you for a great stay x

After a drive from Newcastle on my way to Applecross I decided to cut my driving into half, and Pitlochry was the place sort of half way and interesting enough to stay for a night. I am happy I did and I am even more happy that I decided the Dundarach Hotel should be my place to stay.
Plenty of parking space at the back of this beautiful old style building and the lady at the reception gave me a very welcome feeling. I went upstairs to have a look at my room and I felt lucky.... a very beautiful, spacious room with a lovely view overlooking the garden. Pheasants walking around.... a mountain view a bit further away... it just looked good! Very spacious bathroom.... lovely four-poster bed and everything clean and nice. Very good breakfast and lovely dinner... a Hotel with a history, class and style. Loved it!!!
