Description: At The Bakehouse we aim to offer traditional, flavoursome, homemade Irish foods and baked goods. Classic food from a simpler time, that our parents and grandparents grew up on. The sort of food that give comfort similar to a good hug. Simple....but epic all at once. Our foods and baked goods are freshly prepared in our kitchen and bakery in Dublin City Centre. Every day we lovingly bake all of the breads and cakes, we homemake all of the soups, sauces and relishes etc to make sure we give you the best and freshest home cooked flavours.

Went over for a rather late breakfast. I had the pancakes without bacon with a flat white while my boyfriend got the Irish breakfast and an Orange San Pellegrino, all of which was lovely. Coffee was nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's not the first time I've been here. The one in the CHQ, also by the quays but further down on the north side, is just as good. Much more quiet if you're around at 8 in the morning! I recommend their porridge.

Ended up with a full stomach and a satisfied hunger. Worth going to if you're one for a nice breakfast out in Dublin.

Thank Judgymuch

We had good, freshly made sandwiches here. The freshly squeezed apple juice is a must as it's served in a jam jar with a straw. You can tell it's fresh. Giving a free coffee within a week of your lunch visit is a nice touch and it's a shame we weren't in Dublin long enough to use the voucher. Would recommend.

I love to go there for brunch as they have different options. Everything I've tried is really tasty and filling, therefore, it is a great value. My favorites are the baps, open sandwich and the fresh orange juice! Ah, also the chicken and leek soup! =)

Eight of us came for breakfast where we had a combination of traditional breakfast's. porridge, granola, pancakes and salmon with potato hash. All in all we were very impressed. So much so, we went back the next day but unfortunately they couldn't accommodate us. Very popular place so go early!
