Description: At The Bakehouse we aim to offer traditional, flavoursome, homemade Irish foods and baked goods. Classic food from a simpler time, that our parents and grandparents grew up on. The sort of food that give comfort similar to a good hug. Simple....but epic all at once. Our foods and baked goods are freshly prepared in our kitchen and bakery in Dublin City Centre. Every day we lovingly bake all of the breads and cakes, we homemake all of the soups, sauces and relishes etc to make sure we give you the best and freshest home cooked flavours.

A quaint little cafe right in the centre of Dublin. Food is all made on site including the bread. Super tasty and very reasonably priced. I had poached eggs which were eggcellent
Coffee is really nice with 4 different types of milk on offer (I had almond milk it was devine). Right on the river with options to sit out side if the weather suits.
One little improvement would be to have reading materials available.

Bakehouse was the perfect first stop in Dublin. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in! The menu fit the budget and wasn't too large and overwhelming. Brunch food was good and had unique tastes than a normal American breakfast.

I have eaten here many times and find it hard to find a fault with the place.

The soup and sambo combo always delivers while the hot beef baps with wedges is a personal favourite.

They also do a brunch menu and while everything looks good, on the two occasions I've had brunch here I haven't been able to look past the full irish. Their in house relish compliments the sausages wonderfully and their baked bread really makes this a satisfying feed. It's always nice to get a non greasy good quality fry which is harder to find in dublin than you'd think.

Couldn't recommend this place more. If you have any room left don't leave without trying one of their cakes, you won't regret it.
