Stumbled upon this quaint cafe while searching for a late afternoon cappuccino and pastry! The cafe is small so you may have to wait but will say it's defiantely worth it! The cappuccinos, pistachio cannoli, tiramisu and coffee cake were all amazing!

Lovely place but it does fell just a bit claustrophobic in the back. That aside its worth putting up with it for the Almond croissants, The coffee is really good and the staff are lovely. Then go upstairs and have a look at the jewelry.

Go in the morning and have their special of a hot drink (like coffee) plus one of their munchies on top of the counter - all for a small price of less than four euros.

This cosy cafe is easily missed, but if you spot the stairs leading down to the basement then you're in for a treat. The staff here were all so lovely, the place was obviously popular but we didn't feel overcrowded. And the food arrived swiftly despite the busyness, impressive since its all freshly prepared. Very cheap for such a central location. Approx €5 for avocado on toast with delicious fresh tomatoes and bacon. Of course to truly set you up for the day you ought to try one of the MANY cakes and pastries this place has on offer. The coconut and Nutella tart was unreal.

This is just by the library and little museum. Down some steps. Bright lime green. Do not be put off by the outside. Go in ! It's very small but lovely. We had home made (small )soup and warm bread for 4€. It was pea the day we went. OMG the best pea soup I have ever had. Home made. I also had a custard and peach tart. Which was also lovely. When you go in you will see the selection of cakes they do. They are divine . Tiramisu comes in a glass jam jar, the selection is awesome. The staff were friendly and you can have tea, coffee or wine. Dublin can be quite expensive but this place was great value and the food was delicious. We are going back tomorrow. It's open on Sundays too and till 8.30pm
