This my second time to stay in the Salthill hotel and I really had a great time. The hotel and the surroundings are really beautiful. Staff are very helpful, the rooms are so clean and the food is amazing. The only thing I would like to see improved is the kids club. There isn't much entertainment for kids and this would be great if there was more for kids to do within the hotel.

Recently stayed for three nights.....fabulous spacious, spotless. room overlooking Galway Bay.

Excellent staff in reception ....very welcoming.

Staff cleaning upstairs, in the bar, , in the leisure centre and in the main dining room very good ...friendly and professional.

Breakfast can be busy at peak times..this is to be expected...food good even at late
breakfast time.....staff here again good even under pressure however I came across one very rude staff member at the breakfast counter who would benefit from a customer services course.

Lovely dinner menu .

Had a fabulous break in the Salthill Hotel and will return soon.

Room Tip: Seaview room with King bed worth every penny

This is a must stay! Hotel amazing and staff phenomenal! Bus right out your door to take you to Galway. Water at your doorstep! This is a definite return trip! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Our stay couldn't have been nicer!

By far this has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Traveled with two small children. The hotel was immaculate and spotlessly clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was delicious. Plenty of room for our 3yr old to runaround the hotel. By far the best part of this hotel is their staff. Patient kind and nothing a problem. Every member of staff we had dealing with were just a pleasure to deal with. I do have to give Cormack a particular mention as he was a really lovely member of staff who went above and beyond and was particularly kind to the kids. Thank you for making our stay a most memorable one. We will definitely be back.
